If you’re in the market for one of Gibson Custom Shop’s beautiful 1950’s reissue guitars, you will want to visit their brand new Made 2 Measure program before you make your decision.  For some purists, Gibson’s exact recreation of a particular model year of Les Paul is the ultimate, but for others, a mix and match of features across the whole era is what it takes to build a dream guitar.  Now we can have both.  With Made 2 Measure, you’ll choose your base model year, the type of top, the color, even the neck shape and hardware.  If you’re going to be onstage with your ’59 reissue, you can add chambering for extra tone and lightness.  The combinations of features are what will make the guitar yours.
