Gibson Autographed Bob Dylan SJ-200 Acoustic
The canon of American Music would not be complete without the works of Bob Dylan. His songs and stylistic innovations continue to influence songwriters today. Before he “went electric” at the 1965 Newport Folk Festival, Dylan was near-exclusively an acoustic player. Though he has wound his way through multiple guitars (and in recent years even keyboards), Dylan has recently collaborated with Gibson to release a highly-customized SJ-200.
The Autographed SJ-200 Collector’s Edition is crafted from highly figured Indian Rosewood and AAA Sitka Spruce. Dylan’s Eye Logo is inlaid on the headstock in Mother-of-Pearl, and the fingerboard features Bella Voce Mother-of-Pearl inlay. The distinctive double pickguards are inlaid with Abalone detailing. The guitar includes a label autographed by Mr. Dylan himself, and features a unique serial number stamped into the head block. This guitar is a limited run of 175, so contact our sales staff today!
