A Les Paul Studio updated for the modern guitarist that's packed full of new features, in fun new finishes all available now at The Music Zoo from Gibson USA!

Join us today as Jordan gives the rundown on the new Gibson Les Paul Studio Session that's being built by Gibson in their Nashville, Tennessee factory. As a matter of fact, you'll notice our set looks a little different this time around, and that's because it was filmed at Gibsons video production studio while we were in town picking wood for Custom Shop runs and meeting with our friends at the factory!

What's the difference between the Studio and the Studio Session?

Both are great guitars - though the Studio is a slightly more traditional build with bare-bones specs. The Les Paul Studio will have a standard neck heel, a bound Indian rosewood fretboard, and Burstbucker Pro pickups with push-pull controls on the volume knobs to tap the humbuckers. The Studio Session features a carved out neck heel for added comfort and upper-fret access, a bound ebony fretboard and the addition of Pure Bypass and Phase switching along with the coil-taps on the volume controls.
