1950s Champion Lap Steel Item Description
This is a 1950's Fender Champion Lap Steel electric guitar with a yellow pearloid finish and a hardwood body with the original chipboard case included. It's in overall very good cosmetic condition with the original pickup still in there. These guitars were often stripped of their pickups for the sake of putting them into vintage Telecaster recreations, so we're glad this one is still intact! It was serviced by Matt Umanov Guitars in New York City around ten years ago and is still going, ready for more years of service!
