1983 Les Paul Custom Silver Streak Item Description

Here's a vintage '83 Les Paul Custom in a rare Silver Streak finish. The color has a bit of sparkle to it, but not enough that it would be over the top or too attention-grabbing in ways you wouldn't want it to be. The guitar features a 3-piece maple neck, ebony fretboard with mother of pearl block inlays, and multi-ply binding as all Customs do. The capacitors have been changed to K40Y-9 Russian PIO caps, and the original Shaw humbuckers are still there. The guitar has classic '80s Gibson hardware in the diamond-shaped strap pins, and the famous flip-out crank tuners. It's in excellent cosmetic condition: there's some lacquer checking around the body, and one spot of greening to the silver color on the back of the body, no dents, dings or any fretwear. The neck is a very comfortable medium "C" profile, and the original Gibson 'chainsaw' hard case is included.
