1983 "Heaven" Tele Black with White Binding Item Description

This is a one of a kind "Tele" style Jackson built in 1983, and is one of two guitars we're dubbing the "Heaven" set. The backstory of this guitar is that it was designed and ordered from Jackson by Bradford Kelly for his friend and co-guitarist Mark Evans of the Australian Heavy Metal Band "Heaven" alongside his Kelly guitar (the Jackson Kelly shape is named for Bradford who designed it). This guitar as well as the Kelly are featured in the music video for Heaven's song "Where Angels Fear To Tread"- they're an awesome matching set with a black finish with white binding or bevel pinstripes as you see on the Kelly.

The guitar has a black finish with white body and headstock binding. The guitar was sent to Jackson in 2006 for some finish touch ups that include fresh headstock binding and a headstock logo which replicates the design of the original. There's a brass fixed bridge and we can appreciate that there's a tone control on this one instead of a single master volume. It's a one of a kind Jackson that is one of the rarest of them all, an excellent choice for anyone looking to perfect their Jackson collection!

Includes: Hardshell Case
