Harkening back to the late '80s when Charvel guitars were manufactured exclusively in Japan, here is the all-new MJ Series - an exciting lineup of instruments attentively crafted in Japan. Exquisite in style, the MJ Series blends Charvel's unparalleled legacy of designing high-performance instruments with an assortment of top-end features and stunning finishes.

The Charvel MJ San Dimas Style 1 HSS FR M features an alder body with a contoured sculpted shredder's cut heel for maximized playing comfort. Built for reliable performance, the bolt-on maple neck features graphite reinforcement, a slick hand-rubbed urethane back finish and heel-mount truss rod adjustment wheel. Its 12"-16" compound radius maple fingerboard has comfortable rolled edges, 24 jumbo frets and black dot inlays.

A direct mount Seymour Duncan JB TB-4 humbucking bridge pickup radiates unmistakable upper midrange attack with singing highs and an articulate low end, while direct mount Seymour Duncan Custom Flat Strat® SSL-6 middle and neck pickups strike the perfect balance between increased output and dynamic Strat character.
