This is a fantastic 1992 Music Man EVH signature guitar. Hand crafted during Music Man's five-year association with Eddie Van Halen, this instrument is truly top-of-the-line in every aspect. The flame maple has been left natural with a gloss finish to show off the figure in the top! The basswood body is finished in a black gloss then bolted to a birdseye maple neck. A fast-playing gunstock oil and wax neck finish ensures comfortable feel all across the neck. Dual custom-wound DiMarzio EVH humbuckers are wired to a three-way switch, then to a master Volume control (marked "Tone", just like Eddie's) for simple operation. The Floyd Rose locking bridge and nut combine with Schaller tuners to ensure you'll always be in tune. A must-have for any EVH collector, this instrument is truly ready to rock! The guitar is in excellent condition with barely any marks on it. It's even got the original Music Man paperwork and the guitar even still has the plastic covering on the back plates - it's that clean! A nice touch are the old-school 5150 branded strings and an EVH strap included.
