Learn moreLead II Cherry Sunburst 1981 Item Description
This under the radar "student level classic" is a vintage 1981 Fender Lead II with a rare Cherry Sunburst finish over it's alder body. This Lead II was made later in the run and thus is lighter and boasts body contours. It's loaded with a pair of "X1" single coils, controlled with a 3 way selected and phase switch. The hardtail Strat style bridge is no-nonsense, and the comfortable maple neck features a 7.25" radius fingerboard. This guitar is in very good condition for it's age, with some typical signs of use and light buckle rash. It includes the original case which is a bit beat up but all latches work!
Includes: Original Hardshell Case
