X-17-7 Seven-String Archtop Guitar Natural Item Description
This is a boutique archtop electric guitar built by Goodman: their X-17-7 model with a natural finish, seven-string configuration and a 17" wide body. The woods are a spruce top with gorgeous pieces of flame maple for the back, sides and neck. There's a floating neck humbucker with a single volume control. The neck is straight and the bridge is as low as possible on the treble side - the action is still a bit high on that side sitting at 2.5mm, the truss rod is close to being at maximum turning capabilities. It plays nicely with light playwear around the body, and the original case is included with a second tailpiece.
