Used 1973 SG Electric Guitar Brown Natural with Mini Humbuckers Item Description
Here we have a vintage piece from the 70's that has a ton of mojo, this is a '73 Gibson SG with a brown natural finish and two mini-humbuckers. The guitar is built from a mahogany body, 3-piece mahogany neck, rosewood fretboard, 24-3/4" scale length, and a stopbar tailpiece with a tune-o-matic bridge. The back of the headstock denotes that the instrument is a factory 2nd. The electronics of the guitar appear all original, with the pots dating from 1973.
As a played instrument of its age would obviously have, the guitar has some dents and dings all around the body, with indentations from belt buckles and pants buttons around the back. It has had its tuners replaced, with the new ones being installed at an angle, which we think looks pretty cool. Excellent tone, great playability, and an awesome vibe, this one gets our stamp of approval.
